Valid at Ichiban Karate NKY Hebron location.  Gift Certificates are valid for 1 year from date of purchase.  All 6 group classes must be used in one (1) calendar month from January 2021 - December 2021. All participants must sign a Release & Liability waiver / Covid-19 Waiver.
